McCormack Contracting completed a full penthouse renovation on Park Ave within the upper east side. This projected consisted of a full gut renovation before being furnished with high-end finishes. The redesign features a sunroom transformed into a separate sitting area with a custom barn-style sliding door and unique wallcoverings. This stunning space also boasts high ceilings and an exterior terrace wrapping around the North and East sides, enhancing the residence with exceptional outdoor living and beautiful planter boxes.
