This full gut renovation at the iconic The Apthorp transformed the residence while preserving the building’s classic New York character. The project featured extensive custom millwork, decorative wall paneling, restored fireplaces, herringbone hardwood flooring, and high-end stone and cabinetry finishes throughout. As part of the renovation, original plaster moldings and decorative details were carefully recreated to preserve the character of the residence. Our team coordinated all phases of construction and detailed finish work to deliver a timeless, luxury interior that blends historic architecture with modern living.
